A spicy and sweet sauce goes well with any starters.
Steps

Deseed 15 chillies and roughly chop along with the left over chillies.

Place chillies, garlic cloves and 1/2 cup of vinegar in the mixer jar and pulse it thrice.

Until finely chopped.(Or chop it in the food processor).

Place the chilli mixture in a sauce pan,add the honey and the remaining vinegar.

Cook on low flame for 5 minutes or until the honey is dissolved.

Bring it to a boil and cook, stirring occasionally.

Cook for 15- 20 minutes or until the sauce becomes thick.

The sauce will be little runny, it will become thick once it cools completely.

Allow the sauce to cool completely and place it in an airtight container.

Refrigerate it. It stays for months.
