Steps

Break the egg in a bowl add salt and sliced pepper and beat very well.

Slice the yam and pour inside the bowl that the egg is inside.

Heat up the vegetable oil in a frying pan,and select the yam and drop inside the hot oil.

Fry for 1minutes turn the other side to fry for another 1minute.

Repeat same till the yam finish.
