Ingredients

3 tbspcorn syrup
2 tbspsugar
1/4 tspsalt
2 cuppeanuts
12 ozsemisweet chocolate

Steps

Combine corn syrup, sugar & salt. Stir in peanuts to evenly coat.

Spread in single layer on parchment paper lined jelly roll pan.

Bake at 350 for 15 minutes or until browned and caramelized. Cool completely.

Stir into melted chocolate until well coated.

Spread evenly on waxed paper lined pan. Refrigerate until set.
