In medium pot put olive oil, butter and garlic. Cook for 1-2 minutes.

Add artichoke hearts, capers, bell peppers, and basil. Let simmer.

Add dollop of sour cream and salt and pepper. Add most of the lemon juice, leave a little for the chicken and add all of the zest in sauce.

Cook chicken in a pan on stove in some olive oil, salt and pepper.

Sear chicken and add rest of lemon juice and a little white wine or whatever you have. Cook till done and set aside in cooking sheet.

Put slices of mozzarella cheese on top in oven to warm at 250 till cheese melts.

Cook angle hair pasta and add chicken on top and sauce.
