Nice and cheesy and creamy. Plus the bell peppers are snuck in for my picky son who never eats them except in this dish :-)
Cooking Instructions

preheat oven to 350°F
- 2
put butter in saucepan and fully melt
- 3
add milk and slowly add flour Tbs by Tbs stirring between each Tbs until sauce is thick and creamy. usually takes me five to six.

mix noodles sauce 3/4 of cheese and 3/4 of bell pepper and pour in baking dish.

add remaining bell pepper and cheese and put in oven uncovered for 25~30 minutes.

I always serve with broccoli and garlic bread kids love it.

I personally love a thick but still creamy cheese sauce even after it's baked. This recipe has mastered the perfect consistency in my opinion and is great for any occasion. If you follow this recipe you will have the creamiest mac and cheese even after reheating on another day cheese stays creamy and not dry.
