This is one of my mother in laws recipes. this is what they call it and it’s been passed down through many generations of her family here in central Florida. It’s the easiest and heartiest of meals. When we don’t know what we want, we have this. It’s so good with peas and cornbread. It’s nothing spectacular but then again it is!!

A new twist in your left over burger & fries

I don't want to add a million pictures of French fries and cooking a burger. The cheddar cheese sauce is very important, concentrate not to allow the sauce to break. Don't let the temperature rise too fast or too high. If it does it will surely break and become grainy. If it does add a bit of yellow prepared mustard, granulated garlic powder, and more cheese.

I came across this recipe while looking to enhance the flavor of hamburgers. I was tired of the same old same old. I've used this recipe and variations for four years now. I will never go back to the plan old hamburger! This burger rocks and I haven't found anyone that can make a better one. My kids and their friends love them.

I pickled some Cucumbers, beets, and onions a quite a while back so I added to my hamburgers.

Add a package of onion soup mix and a half can of water for a little extra flavor...it really adds flavor!
