Savoury (salty) carrot crepes
A healthy breakfast option that contains protein, vitamins and carbohydrates. Ideal for your family. Try out and post your version on cookpad! Lets make everyday cooking fun!

Measure out all your ingredients and grate the carrots.

Mix the flour and salt in a bowl. Beat the eggs and mix.

Gradually add the milk until you get smooth flowing consistency.

Add the grated carrots and continue mixing.

Heat your frying pan on low heat. Put 1 tablespoon oil. Once the oil is hot, pour some of the mixture on the pan and spread out to the edges of the pan. Do nat make it too thick.

Fry until the bottom side is well done. Flip the other side, add 1tablespoon of oil and fry until well done.

Remove from the pan and repeat the process till all your mixture is gone.

Serve and enjoy with your family. You can add nuts, etc to your version, and upload on cookpad so we can all try! Lets make everyday cooking fun!
