In a bowl add the chiroti salt and melted ghee and mix well slowly add enough water to mix a smooth yet firm dough ljke puri dough. cover the dough and keep aside an hour.

Add the powdered sugar cardamom power and mix well

Ina bowl mix rice flour with melted ghee and keep aside. this pasteis used to bind the layers of roties.

Pinch off dough such that you have 6 large lemon sized balls. roll each into thin roties place a roti on a plate smear a tsp of the rice flour paste all over roti. place another rolled out rotti over it again smear with a tsp of rice flour paste. again repeat proceess.and roll the pilled up roties intoa log ang cut into half thick circles.make another log following same process.

With the help of rolling pin roll out each of circles into thin roties. Heat the oil and place 3 or 4 rolledout chiroties into hot oil. once they turn golden shade remove an absorbant paper.

1tbs powdered sugar over each of hot chirotis.
