  • 1/2 cupmethi
  • 1 tbspmint leaves
  • 1 tbspred crushed red pepper
  • 1 tbspextra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsplemon juice
  • 6garlic cloves
  • To tasteSalt

    In a bowl finely minced garlic with olive oil and lemon juice mix all well.

  2. 2

    Add chopped methi in a bowl.

  3. 3

    Add hung curd red crushed red pepper,mint leaves mix well.adjust salt serve it as dip or spread.....happy cooking.
