Tamarind gojju gives tangy flavour and spicy touch through the chillies. It is using as a dip along dosa, rice, pongal, chapati etc. It's useful in preparation of chats at home.

Tamarind gojju gives tangy flavour and spicy touch through the chillies. It is using as a dip along dosa, rice, pongal, chapati etc. It's useful in preparation of chats at home.
Steps

Wash and soak tamarind minimum half an hour.

Heat oil in a pan add all the ingredients except salt and Jaggery and fry for 1 minute in low flame.

Now squeeze well add tamarind pulp to it and boil well.
- 4
Add salt and Jaggery, stir continuously until thickness, then switch off and allow it to cool.

You can store in airtight jar year long.
