Ingredients

  • 100 gramsbutter
  • 1 cupmilk
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 1 tspcinnamon
  • 3 tspbaking powder
  • 3 cupflour
  • 1 cupfeijoa
  • 1 largeegg

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 200°c.

  2. 2

    Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

  3. 3

    Add egg and mix well.

  4. 4

    Sift all dry ingredients and add to wet ingredients.

  5. 5

    Add milk and mix well.

  6. 6

    Add fruit and lightly mix to combine.

  7. 7

    Spoon into well greased muffin and bake for 15mins.
