Tomato, onion & garlic chutney

Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped onions. Saute it until translucent. Add red chillies, ginger, garlic. Saute it for 2-3 minutes. Add tomatoes. Saute all until tomatoes cooked. Add salt. Mix well.

Let it cool. Grind it in Mixer grinder.

Serve with any Indian meal. Or use as a spread on bread or pizza base.
