Ingredients

  1. 3cksp Vegetable fish
  2. Salt
  3. 1big round slice Yam
  4. 1Onion
  5. 1medium size Titus fish
  6. 3Fresh tomatoes
  7. 2Fresh pepper
  8. 1/2 teaspooncurry

Steps

  1. 1

    Slice the yam and sprinkle salt on it.

  2. 2

    Fry in a hot vegetable oil for 3minutes always turn so that all sides will fry well.

  3. 3

    Wash and cut the fish.sprinkle salt on it and put in the oven for 10mins.always turn

  4. 4

    Wash and cut the fresh tomatoes and fresh pepper fry for 3minutes in a hot vegetable oil.

  5. 5

    Add salt and curry.
