peel all potatoes

cut potatoes into 3/4 inch cubes

rinse potatoes until water run clean to get some of the starch out

par boil all potatoes until the outside is soft

drain water, return potatoes to pot.

add all other ingredients and heat. being careful not to boil. it will seperate.

s&p to taste

serve and enjoy.
