Cook in a hot Cast Iron pan or flat top.

Apply generous amount of blackening seasoning to one side of meat and begin cooking seasoned side down. After flipping add cheese and cover with a metal lid and squirt a small amount of water to finish cooking and melt cheese.

In a small mixing bowl add mayo, red pepper, garlic and Worcestershire together and mix well. Use as spread.
