Ingredients

10-20 servings
  • 1modus of soya beans
  • 2 teaspoonsamiya
  • 10litrs water
  • Vegetable oil
  • Dry pepper
  • Fresh onions

Steps

    Wash beans and soak over night (4-8hrs)

  2. 2

    At the time expiration wash the beans properly and grand to paste.

  3. 3

    Add 5 ltrs water to the paste and mix them very well

  4. 4

    Sieve beans with pap sieve and resieve with the remaining 5ltrs water.

  5. 5

    Throw the shafts away and put the milky substance to boil.

  6. 6

    Allow to boil for 45mins or more.

  7. 7

    Dissolve samiya with two glass of water in a bowel

  8. 8

    Pour it round the boiling liquid (don't stir Please)

  9. 9

    Cover it for 15mins.

  10. 10

    Bring it down from boiling use your sieve to separate the water from the lumps

  11. 11

    Tie the sieve with the lumps inside the sieve very well and allow water to drain out for about 5mins

  12. 12

    Open sieve by now lumps should be caked (formed together)

  13. 13

    Slice the cake into desire sizes and shapes

  14. 14

    Sprinkle mixture of dry pepper and pounded maggi on the surface of the cake

  15. 15

    Put in a deep fry and fry with onions

  16. 16

    Fry till it turns brown.

    AWARA is ready.
