In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until fluffy, add the powdered sugar, lower the speed, and add the whipped cream.

Melt 8 Kinder Bueno bars in a double boiler, breaking the wafer slightly, and add to the mixture, mixing well.

Spread the mixture over the cookies and place in the refrigerator.

For the glaze, put the heavy cream and chocolate couverture in a saucepan and stir until melted. Let it cool and pour over the cheesecake, decorating with the remaining Bueno bars.
