Eggless Chocolate Cake

In a Medium sized bowl, sieve maida (All Purpose flour), powdered sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt and mix well.

Then add white vinegar, vanilla extract, vegetable oil and milk. Mix well and make a smooth batter, then finally add chopped walnuts.

Shift the batter in a mould greased with butter and bake it in a 180 degree pre heated oven for 25-30 minutes. Once the cake is baked, cool it at the room temperature.

To make chocolate ganache - take the pieces of chocolate and melt it in microwave for 1 minute and mix it with melted butter, Apply the chocolate ganache evenly over the baked cake. Once you have applied the chocolate ganache you can decorate the cake with edible sprinkles.
