Steps

Take a pan 🍳 and heat oil 🛢 add ginger paste and saute for few seconds

Add tomato puree and saute on medium flame 🔥 for another 5_6 mins while stirring occasionally

Add red chilli 🌶 salt mix and cook on medium flame 🔥 for 1-2mins.

Add cashew and almond paste and mix well.

Add curd, mix well and cook on the medium flame 🔥
- 6
Add honey 🍯 and cook for 1-2mins.

Add paneer mix well and cook on a medium flame 🔥 for another 2 mins, don't stir too much otherwise paneer will crack.

Now shahi paneer is ready to be served.
