Ingredients

  • 1/2 cupbesan
  • 1&1/2tbwheat flour
  • 1 tbmakke Ka aataa
  • 1 tbbajra aata
  • 1/2tbmissi aata
  • 1 cupgreated carrot, potato, &cauliflower
  • 1chopped onion, green chilli chopped
  • Small piece of Ginger chopped
  • Pinchheeng
  • 1/4 tspcarton seeds
  • 1/4 tspred chilli powder
  • Salt

    Mix all flour in big bowl

    Add all veggies &left over ingredients

  3. 3

    Add water &make batter

  4. 4

    Greese the pan

  5. 5

    Pour batter &make cheela

  6. 6

    Serve with chutney or sauce..
