Ingredients

2 serving
  1. 1/2tuber Yam
  2. 1/4 kgMeat
  3. Small bunch leaf Scent
  4. 1cksp Peppersoup spice
  5. Salt
  6. 3 teaspoonDry black pepper
  7. 3 cubesStock
  8. 1Onion

Steps

  1. 1

    Cook the meat with stock cubes,salt and onion.

  2. 2

    Cut the yam and pour in the same pot with the meat.add more water.

  3. 3

    Add dry pepper,salt,peppersoup spice and stock cubes.

  4. 4

    Cover and cpok for 10mins.then wash and cut the scent leaf and pour in.

  5. 5

    Bring it down after 2minutes.
