1Medium red onion
8 TSpoon pecko veg atchar
100 mlSweet chilli sauce

Wash all your vegetables.

Dice cucumbers into small pieces.

Dice your red,yellow and green peppers.

Chop your red onion.

Add vegetable atchar and sweet chilli sauce.

Refrigerate for few minutes and ready to serve.
