  • 6potato boiled and mashed
  • 1carrots finely chopped
  • 1capsicum chopped
  • 2 tbspgreen chutney
  • 2 tbsptomato sauce
  • 2 tbspturmrid chutney
  • 1 tbspcurd
  • Thin sev
  • to tasteSalt
  • Red chilli powder
  • 1 tspgarammasala
  • 2onion chopped
  • 1tomato chopped
  • leavesCoriander

    Make a daugh with maida and salt

    Make chilla ghol with besan,salt and red chilli powder

    Mash boiled potato

  4. 4

    Add salt,chilli powder, carrots,and capsicum

    Add garam masala

    Mix well

    Heat tava

  8. 8

    Make a small and thin roti with the maida daugh

    Put it on tawa

    Take potato mixture

  11. 11

    Spread it whole roti

  12. 12

    Now spread chilla ghol on it

    Cover the potato

  14. 14

    Roast it both the side with the help of oil

    Take a plate keep the paratha

    Now spread the green chutney

    Than spread tomato sauce

  18. 18

    Than turmrid chutney

  19. 19

    Than curd

  20. 20

    Spread onion and tomato chopped

  21. 21

    Spread thin sev

  22. 22

    At last spread coriander leaves on it

  23. 23

    Now you serve it
