
Mint Flavoured Rice
Nice Flavoured Riceand easily digested Food.
Steps

Wash the mint leave twice, and remove the leaves from the stem and separate it, then cut the green chillys and make the paste of mint and green chilly.

wash the rice twice and soak it for 1/2an hour.

Now take the big frying pan, heat the oil, add cinamom sticks, cloves and bayleaf and let it crackled then add Ginger garlic paste and fry till the paste turns golden brown colour.

now add the Mint and green chilly paste and let it cook till the raw smell goes.

Then add the water to the paste as the ratio of 1:2 (1 glass of rice = 2 glass of water), then add the salt as required for taste at lasted let the water boils then add the soaked rice and simmer it for 20 minutes.

and garnish with roasted cashewnuts.
