Ingredients

  • 1 cupbesan
  • 1 table spoonsuji
  • 1/2 cupfinely ground gobhi (cauliflower)
  • to tasteSalt and green chillies
  • 1/8 teaspoon eachAjwain and jeera

Steps

    Mix everything except oil and make a batter using water

    Now heat a non stick tawa and make chillas using little oil.
