Ingredients

50- 60 minutes
10-12 servings
  • 6 cupsflour
  • 6 teaspoonbaking powder
  • 6ripe bananas
  • 6eggs(mashed)
  • 2 teaspoonbicarbonate of soda
  • 250 gmargarine
  • 1\2cup oil
  • 1 spoonvanilla essence
  • 3 cupsmilk
  • 2 cupssugar

Steps

50- 60 minutes
  1. 1

    In a bowl mix margarine,oil and sugar

  2. 2

    Add eggs and mashed bananas then add vanilla essence

  3. 3

    Mix all dry ingredients and add onto the wet ingredients and mix well then grease a loaf tin and bake at 180 degrees
