Combine sugar and yeast with lukewarm water and set aside for 8 to 10 mint

Sift flour and salt together

Add yeast mixture and knead by adding lukewarm water and butter little at a time by stretch and knead the dough till smooth and elastic

Take a big bowl and greased with oil put the dough into it and cover with cling film

Set aside the dough till it comes double in size

Knock back the dough and divide into equal size of ball

Shape into smooth round balls fill with cheese

Put all the balls in greased baking tray by covering it with cling film for 25 to 30 mint

Pre heat the oven at 200 c

Brush the balls top with milk

Bake for 20 to 25 or till golden in colour
