Sift the chestnut flour.

Add all the other ingredients along with more than half of the raisins and pine nuts.

Mix well, then grease a small baking pan.

Pour in the batter, drizzle with a little olive oil, and sprinkle the remaining pine nuts and raisins on top. If you like, add some rosemary.

Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 50 minutes, or until cracks appear on the surface.

Serve warm!
