1Ripe pear cut in cubed -
1 tbspOlive oil -
1 tbspLemon juice -
1 - 2Chopped garlic clove -
to tasteSalt -
1 tbspBrown sugar -
1/4 tspPepper powder -
1/2 cupMayo -

Take a large bowl combine lemon juice,salt,olive oil,brown sugar,pepper and garlic clove to make a dressing.

Take a bowl add apple cubed,pear cubed and mayo and mix well.

Add dressing and mix well.

Serve chilled.
