Ingredients

1 cupsprouts
1 tbsp each red,yellow,green capsicum
1 tbsp each carrots& beans
1 tsp each vinegar,green chillies sauce and tomato sauce
to tasteSalt
1 tspblack pepper
1 tspoil

In a pan add oil then 1 tbsp each of red,yellow,green capsicum,1tbsp each of carrots beans and after sorte it....now add 1 tsp each of vinegar,green chillies sauceand tomato sauce

Sorte and now add sprouts and salt and pepper and again sorte and serve.....
