4 servings
  • 4Beetroots boiled and grated
  • 1 tbspGinger finely grated
  • 2 tbspOlive oil
  • 1 tbspVinegar white
  • Salt
  • 1/2 tspBlack Pepper
  • 1 tspSugar
  • Walnuts 8 diced

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil beets,scrape and grate them.

  2. 2

    In a large bowl whisk together oil,ginger, vinegar and sugar.

  3. 3

    Mix in grated beets.Add salt and pepper.

  4. 4

    Mix 2or 3 walnuts ' pieces properly.

  5. 5

    Garnish with rest of the walnuts.

  6. 6

    Serve this crunchy sweet and sour healthy salad.
