Steps

Take the Curry leaves. Wash clean and dry under the sun.

Peel the cloves, cut the chilies in to halves, cut the ginger in to a size that can be put in to a blender. Put all of these in to the blender and grind them dry.

Gring until these are semi dry powder. Just add the black salt, and grind once more.

The nutrients in ginger garlic and the curry leaves chilies is all packed in here. This can be had with any thing that you would like to add a spice to. From dosa, idli, roti, bhakri, with rice, you name it!!

Ideally it's never possible to eat curry leaves, but this way we are consuming good amount of it and gaining the benefits it has to offer.
