1 can#10 lima beans *substitution*
2onion
1 headgarlic
1 tbspcumin
1 tbspcorriander
2 tspcayenne pepper
1 bunchcilantro, chopped
1salt and pepper to taste

Roboku lima beans until small diced like chunks

roboku onion and garlic. Add all ingredients to lima beans

add a.p. flour to adjust consisency *should not be wet, just moist enough to be sticky)

adjust seasonings with additional cayenne/cumin.corriander
5

add 1 T baking powder day of cooking
