Get a clean pot put on fire pour water in the pot pour the rice and perboil for 10 minutes then you get a filter and wash the rice

Put the empty pot on fire 🔥 add half cup of vegetable oil and allow to hot then you pour your blended pepper, onion, tomato and crayfish stir fry for 5 minutes then you pour 1cup of water add ur royco cubes and a pinch of salt cover the pot and allow to boil so that the ingredients can mix properly

As soon as it starts boiling you pour the perboiled rice cook for 15-20minutes till the water gets dry then your jollof rice is ready

Slice your carrot, tomatoes and green beans. Boil egg and use only the egg white.
