Cut the top off the pumpkin and thoroughly clean out seeds and pulp.

Preheat oven to 350°

In large skillit saure onions in oil until tender and add meat and brown.

Drain droppings and add spy sauce, brown sugar, mushrooms and soup.

Simmer 10 min., stirring occasionally.

Add cooked rice and water chestnuts.

Spoon mixture into the pumpkin shell , replace top and put entire pumpkin on a baking sheet.

Bake 1 hour or until pumpkin is tender.

Serve from pumpkin. Scoop out pumpkin with casserole if you like it.
