Olive Tapenade with Croutons

Finely chop 1 garlic clove in processor.

Add olives, anchovies, capers, thyme + rosemary.

Process until almost smooth. Add lemon juice.

With machine running, gradually add 4 Tbsp olive oil.

Blend mixture until smooth, season with pepper, transfer to small bowl.

Preheat oven to 350. Bake bread until golden brown; approx 15 min.

Rub remaining 2 cloves of garlic over bread + lightly brush with remaining oil olive.

Serve warm or at room temperature.
