rub meat with salt and pepper, then sear to brown them. set aside.

in the same pan, fry to soften the potatoes and carrots. set aside.

saute onion and garlic in the same pan. once fragrant, add the chopped tomatoes.

add the bell peppers. once color becomes vibrant, add back the meat and stir.

add seasoning (salt, pepper, MSG) to taste. add a bit water if needed. simmer for 5 mins.

add herbs and stir to mix and coat meat with the sauce. move the potatoes and carrots to the sides or on top of the meat. cover the pan and simmer until meat is tender.

plate and serve while hot.
