Kara's Kobb Salad

Name: Kara's Kobb Salad

Ingredients: 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar monterey blend works); 2-3 grilled fully cooked chicken breasts; 3/4 cup Baby Shrimp; 1/2 cup cooked bacon bits; 1/2 cup each sliced cucumber, red peppers; 1/4 cup juilienne carrots; 3-4 hard boiled eggs cut into quarters; 1 cup grape tomatoes halved; These measurments are approximate you can scale it down to a salad for one ir two add more vegetables and toppings to make it big enough for as many as you like; Serve with Dill dressing on side Costco has an Extreme Ranch with Dill that is prrfect for this Salad Or another bottled dill dressing you prefer, i will post my own recipe soon
