A light and fluffy cake that's very delicious and loved by everyone. All the ingredients are measured using a yogurt container 🤓

Empty the yogurt container into a bowl and wash the container to use it for measuring the other ingredients.

Beat the eggs with the sugar well until it reaches a creamy white consistency. Add the vanilla and a pinch of salt, then add the oil and beat well.

Add the lemon juice and zest and beat. Add the yogurt and beat. Add the sifted flour and baking powder and beat on low speed just until the ingredients are combined.

Grease the cake pan with oil, then dust with flour, and pour the cake batter into the pan.

Place in an oven preheated to 350°F (180°C) for 45 minutes.

Do not open the oven to check the cake before half an hour to prevent it from collapsing.

Once done, let it cool for 15 minutes before slicing.

You can decorate it with powdered sugar, almonds, or anything you like.
