Chana daal ko 2hours ke bigoye and baad me cooker me haldi namak and Hing daal kar 3_whistle lekar ready karein.... Jarurat ho to pani add karein semi liquid consistency rakhe.....daal ready..

For imly chutney.. Imly ko pani me bhigo ke uska palp ek pan le kar garam karein usme sugar add karein Kala namak roasted Jeera crushed kar ke daale sada namak add karein and acche se ubaal le.... Khatti mitthi chutney ready...

Onion aur coriander leaves ko barik cut karein and mix karke rakhe...

For pakwan... Maida le usme moyan daale salt and roasted crushed Jeera and ajwain daale and medium soft aata aata ready karein.... 30min ke rest ke baad aata me se patli roti Bel ke cut 🔴(any shape of your choice)🔴(circle or strip any of your choice) kar ke dip fry karein..

For serving... Short glass me first 1sp.daal daale than onion than imly chutney than again daal upper red chilli powder chaat masala Sprinkle karein and glass ke side me pakwan arrange karein
