1/2 kgvery small sized potato
150 gmmaida
1-2 dropsEdible colour,
to tastesalt,
to tastered chilli powder,
pinchasafoetida
As neededWater
as neededMustard oil for frying

Boil the potatoes. Make a paste of maida mix all ingredients in it. Now mix boil potatoes (without peeling off)

Now deep fry in mustard oil.

Take it out from kadhahi. Cover with any papper and press it. Now spread green coriander and amchur powder chutney overall.

Tasty yummy barulas are ready.
