Steps

In a large pan keep water to boil add noodles to it along with 1 spoon oil and salt. It takes around 5 mins for noodles to b cooked.

Once cooked drain water and wash in cold water and strain and keep aside

In large nonstick pan/wok add 1 spoon butter

Now add very finely chopped ginger, garlic and green chilli. Saute it for 1 min

Now add long sliced onions and saute for 2 to 3 mins on high flame

Now add long sliced carrots and saute for 1 min

Now add capsicum thin sliced and beans (have microwaved beans for 1 min)

Last add cabbage and now add in salt to taste (remember noodles already have salt and you will b adding sauces too)

Keep this veg aside

Now in same vok take 1/3 of veg and add 1/2 spoon red chilli powder and 2 spoon tomato sauce, 1 spoon soya sauce, 1 spoon green chilli sauce and mix well

Now add 1/3 of cold noodles and mix well...

Serve hot. Can garnish with spring onions
