1 cupMoong sprouts
1carrot
1Cucumber
1/2 tsp black salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tbspLemon juice

Steps

Heat Kadhai. Dry cook moong sprouts for 2-3 minutes.

Cut thin long strips of carrot & cucumber.

Cut leaves of cucumber peels.

Mix sprouts, black salt, pepper & lemon juice in a bowl.

Serve as per pic.
