Ingredients

10 glass
  1. 500 gmred carrots (prefer black carrots)
  2. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  3. 3/4 tspTurmeric powder
  4. 2 tspCrushed yellow mustard seeds (Rai ki dal/rai Ka Koriya)
  5. to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash &peel off carrots. Cut in to 1 inch thin pieces.

  2. 2

    Mix all ingredients in a bowl.

    Then transfer all in a jar.

    Keep rest for 3 days.

    After 3 days carrot Kanji is ready to serve.

    Note: Adjust salt and red chilli as per your taste.
