Blanch peaches to peel, chop and remove pit.

Add all ingredients in a large pot and cook to a boil stirring often. Use hand mixer to puree if necessary.

Begin canning.

If desired after producing 20 jars add a hearty cup of brandy and an additional packet of pectin.
