Ingredients

  • 1/2 cuptahini (sesame seed paste)
  • 1/2 cupwater
  • 3 tbsplemon juice
  • 3 tbsphoney
  • 2 tbspolive oil
  • 1 tbspDijon Style mustard
  • 1/4 tspfine sea salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Place all (room temperature) ingredients a glass bowl

  2. 2

    Whisk together all ingredients until well blended.

  3. 3

    Transfer dressing to an airtight container or jar and serve at room temperature.

  4. 4

    Refrigerate unused dressing and use within 3 days.
