preheat oven to 350

in large mixing bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water

add eggs, shortening, pumpkin, milk, sugar, pudding mixes, salt and 6 cups flour

beat until smooth

stir in enough remaining flour to form a soft dough (dough will be sticky)

turn onto flour surface

kneed until smooth and elastic, about 6-8 minutes

place in a large greased bowl

turn once to grease top

cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled (about an hour)

punch dough down, divide in half

roll each portion into a 12 x8" rectangle and brush with melted butter

combine brown sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over butter to within 1/2" of edges

roll up (jelly-roll style) starting with long side and pinch seams to close

cut each roll into 12 slices with serrated knife

place (cut side down) in two greased 9x13 pans

cover and let rise 30 mins or until doubled in size

bake for 22-28 mins or until golden brown

in small mixing bowl, combine water, butter and cinnamon

add powdered sugar and vanilla
