3/4 Cupthin poha
1/4 tspmustard seeds
1 tbspcashew nuts
1 tbspkhismis
2 tbspground nuts
1 tbsproasted gram dal
leavesFew curry
slicesFew dry coconut
1/8 tsphaldi
1/2 tspsugar powder
Salt as per taste
2 tspoil

Heat oil add mustard seeds when they splutter

Add ground nuts fry till they split
3

Add cashew nuts and curry leaves fry for a minute
4

Add gram dal fry till crisp
5

Add coconut slices fry till light brown
6

Add haldi and khismis fry for a second
7

Add salt sugar & poha fry till crisp
8

Cool and store in an airtight container
