1large avocado
1 1/2 tspbrown sugar
1 cupwater / milk

Steps

Wash the avocado. Then cut in the middle.

Scoop the flesh out using a metal spoon. Placing it in the blender.

Put the milk and brown sugar in the blessed then blend until smooth.
