1/3 cupflour
1/2 packagesFrench onion soup mix
2 cupoil

combine bread crumbs, soup mix, flour

whisk egg

cut spam into slices

dip spam slice in egg then cover with dry mixture

do so for remaining slices

heat oil in small/medium skillet

fry spam slices 30 seconds each side or till golden brown

dry on paper towel
